Este evento tuvo como objetivo principal fortalecer el conocimiento y la aplicaci\u00f3n de los reglamentos que promueven la igualdad y equidad dentro del Instituto.<\/p><p>Durante el taller, se abordaron temas clave relacionados con los principios de igualdad, equidad, protecci\u00f3n, participaci\u00f3n, no discriminaci\u00f3n, interculturalidad, y desarrollo integral e incluyente. Tambi\u00e9n se discuti\u00f3 la importancia de la progresividad y la no regresi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la opci\u00f3n preferencial para los grupos m\u00e1s vulnerables de la comunidad educativa.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, se profundiz\u00f3 en los objetivos del reglamento, entre los que destacan la promoci\u00f3n de un trato equitativo e igualitario para todos los miembros de la instituci\u00f3n, el fomento de una cultura de paz, y la implementaci\u00f3n de acciones simb\u00f3licas que demuestren empat\u00eda y solidaridad. Se enfatiz\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n en la gesti\u00f3n de convenios de pago, el fortalecimiento de habilidades blandas, y la generaci\u00f3n de espacios de inclusi\u00f3n para garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades.<\/p><p>Finalmente, se destac\u00f3 la importancia del acceso preferencial a grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad o hist\u00f3ricamente excluidos, como una forma de cumplir con los compromisos institucionales en materia de igualdad y equidad. Este taller reafirma el compromiso del ISTPET con la creaci\u00f3n de un entorno educativo inclusivo y respetuoso para todos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div l\u00ednea sobre Normativa de Acci\u00f3n Afirmativa dirigido a la Comunidad Educativa Se llev\u00f3 a cabo un taller de capacitaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea para la comunidad educativa, enfocado en la normativa vigente sobre acci\u00f3n afirmativa, articulada por la Unidad de Bienestar Institucional. Este evento tuvo como objetivo principal fortalecer el conocimiento y la aplicaci\u00f3n de los reglamentos que promueven la igualdad y equidad dentro del Instituto. Durante el taller, se abordaron temas clave relacionados con los principios de igualdad, equidad, protecci\u00f3n, participaci\u00f3n, no discriminaci\u00f3n, interculturalidad, y desarrollo integral e incluyente. Tambi\u00e9n se discuti\u00f3 la importancia de la progresividad y la no regresi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la opci\u00f3n preferencial para los grupos m\u00e1s vulnerables de la comunidad educativa. Adem\u00e1s, se profundiz\u00f3 en los objetivos del reglamento, entre los que destacan la promoci\u00f3n de un trato equitativo e igualitario para todos los miembros de la instituci\u00f3n, el fomento de una cultura de paz, y la implementaci\u00f3n de acciones simb\u00f3licas que demuestren empat\u00eda y solidaridad. Se enfatiz\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n en la gesti\u00f3n de convenios de pago, el fortalecimiento de habilidades blandas, y la generaci\u00f3n de espacios de inclusi\u00f3n para garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades. Finalmente, se destac\u00f3 la importancia del acceso preferencial a grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad o hist\u00f3ricamente excluidos, como una forma de cumplir con los compromisos institucionales en materia de igualdad y equidad.
